Greedy Madame Medusa has forced little Penny to find the Devil's Eye, the world's largest diamond.  Now this devilish dame holds Penny's most precious possession, her teddy bear, hostage.  The feisty orphan demands teddy back, but Medusa stands her evil ground - for this obsessed lady thief has hidden the purloined jewel inside the stuffed bear.
